Things heard

Our kids always keep us laughing so I thought a good way for me to remember some of those things would be to write it down. I think I'll keep adding to the list, so you might want to check back for new ones.

Adri calls salt-"lady sprinkles" and pepper is "man sprinkles." I have no idea where she got that from.

Adri will often say "I love you" throughout the day to one of us. If we do not respond right away with an "I love you too," she says: "I SAID, I love you!"

Scott likes to call Adri his "Sweet Pea" but everytime he says it, she says I'm not "Sweet Pete, I'm Adri."

While looking for Bree's pants one day Adri and I asked Daddy where they were. He told us they were on the changing table so off we went to get her pants. They were not there so on the way back downstairs Adri says to me "Daddy needs to tell the truth."

At lunch one day after she said her prayer Adri says "I got Jesus in my heart. Is he in your heart Mommy?"

Trott's line one day..."I got a little carried away Mommy." I wish I could remember what he was doing!

Trott has a Batman mask and he loves to scare Adri by wearing it and making noises in her face. Her response one day "Trott, that not very funny!" Trott now has the mask off and responds with "It wasn't me Adri, it was Batman."
