One week away

This morning I awoke at 6am to the sounds of Trott and Adri and could see from bed that their bedroom light was on. I just laid there for a few minutes and listened to them busy chatting and discussing who was going to "go potty" first. I let them be for awhile and then my curiosity got the best of me because usually they come to me right away. I peeked in and they were all smiles, laying in Trott's bed with books and Adri had her blankie and bear and they were going to sleep together. So I said ok, Trott wanted the light off and I headed back to my bed knowing sleep was over for the day, as it always is by that time. I just enjoyed laying there for a few more minutes pondering my two beautiful kids and how much they love each other. They are only 18 months apart and so close to each other. They have their moments of course but truly get along well, play well and I don't know what they would do without the other. This is all on my heart because a week from now, Lord willing we will be adding baby #3 to the bunch and I can't help but wonder how he or she will fit in with the other two. Will they be ready and willing to add another to their group? Will there be too many years between them? Just like a parents love is endless I'm sure theirs is too. Anyway, it will be awhile before they can really "play" with their new sibling, but I'm sure the love will be there.
As for me I am nervous about the the jump from two to three, and how the dynamics of the three will work out, but know we'll be just fine. As for Scott, he's more worried about getting through the labor and delivery without fainting. He has fainted before so let's hope he can make it this time!

Here's a video of the kids yesterday.
